I'm a professor of organization theory at IAE, the business school of the University of Lille I.
My research focuses on evolutionary approaches to organizations. I’m also interested in social networks and stratification.
Some of my publications are available online in the Research section of this website.
I'm the founding Editor of M@n@gement, an open-access, electronic, double-blind refereed journal in management. It is now the official journal of AIMS, the French strategic management association.
I teach courses in organization theory, organizational behavior, and research methods, among other topics.
